About SourdoughFails
SourdoughFails is one person’s honest journey from complete novice toward consistently great sourdough bread.
It started with a bad loaf and a simple question: “What the hell happened?” That question turned into a habit of documenting the failures, the experiments, the unexpected wins, and the lessons that came with them.
The goal isn’t perfect bread for the camera. The goal is to get good enough that I can make great bread consistently — and eventually give those loaves away with pride.
